Hey - I’m Michael, the founder of Giulo.

Dentistry has been a part of my life since I was born with my parents both being dentists and 3 of grandparents being dentist as well. My entire family has over 400 years of combined experience dedicated to keeping smiles healthy.

One day, while sitting in my Dad’s dental office, I came across a CDC report that shocked me: 90% of adults suffer from tooth decay. I thought, how can that be? With all the modern toothpastes, mouthwashes, and toothbrushes out there, why is this still such a huge problem?

In searching for answers, I found that the American Dental Association recognizes chewing sugar-free gum as a proven way to stimulate saliva, which helps prevent cavities and remove surface stains. Yet in researching the chewing gum industry, I noticed there was room for something new: a chewing gum thoughtfully designed from the ground up, built on modern science and clinically studied ingredients from the Dental industry.

Giulo was born.
